  • A quote for all times from Jim Denison of the Denison Forum:  “When the future is frightening and you’re not sure your life can make a difference, remember your King’s promise: “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13).  How close is your heart to God today?”

  • Hi Norm,
    I like this too;
    “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times,
    if one only remembers,
    to turn on the light.”
    It’s from the Harry Potter stories. I know there is a Biblical inference in there.
    I hope God is close to my heart. I seek Him every day. :-)
    How are you doing? It’s always nice to hear from you. I hope you are well.
    Blessings,
    Lynn

  • Hi Lynn, and thanks for coming by! It seems that I often need this reminder because I tend to take for granted this life that God has given me in His Son…not that I’m proud of that fact, but it is what I must deal with.

    Yes, I am well, and trying to cope with the rain, cold, and wind…mostly staying indoors and sipping hot chocolate.
